01 — Bands
Continuously layered, not glued
Each band is built from natural latex laid down in continuous layers rather than bonded strips, then colour-coded by resistance so you can grab the right one without reading a label. The surface is matte, so it holds under the hand instead of sliding.

02 — Handles
Milled aluminium, knurled by hand feel
Most handles are hollow plastic. Ours are turned from 6061 aluminium and finished with a shallow knurl that grips without biting. The clip rotates a full 360°, so the band tracks with the movement instead of twisting against it.

What exactly comes in the box?
Five resistance bands (10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 lb), two milled aluminium handles, one padded door anchor, two ankle straps, a printed routine guide and the zip carry case. Twelve pieces in total, nothing sold separately.
What resistance levels does it come with, and can I combine them?
The five bands cover 10 to 50 lb individually. They're designed to be clipped together, so stacking gives you intermediate steps and a combined ceiling of about 150 lb. Most people run two or three bands on lower-body movements and a single band up top.
Where can I anchor it? Will it damage a door?
Any standard hinged door works. The anchor has a high-density foam core that sits against the frame rather than pressing webbing into it, so it doesn't mark paintwork. Anchor on the hinge side of the door so it closes against the pull. You can also loop bands under your feet or around a fixed post — no door needed.
Is it suitable if I'm just getting started?
Yes. The 10 lb band is a genuinely light starting point, and the guide opens with a 15-minute full-body circuit written for someone on day one. Because you step up a band rather than buying new equipment, the kit stays useful as your training changes.
How much space do I need?
Roughly a two-metre square — enough to stand with arms extended and take a step back from the anchor point. Every movement in the guide is written to work in that footprint.
What are the bands made from?
Continuously layered natural latex with a matte surface finish. Please note the kit contains natural latex, so it isn't suitable if you avoid latex products. The handles are milled 6061 aluminium, the clips are stainless steel, and the case is 600D water-resistant polyester.
How do I look after it?
Wipe the bands with a damp cloth and let them air dry before packing. Keep them out of prolonged direct sunlight and away from radiators — heat and UV are what shorten a band's life. Handles and clips need nothing beyond an occasional wipe.
How long will the bands last, and can I replace one?
Bands are specified to 30,000 stretch cycles, which for most routines is measured in years rather than months. If one does wear out, we sell every band individually, so you replace the part rather than the kit.
Does it come with a guide, or do I need an app or subscription?
A printed guide is in the case: 40+ individual movements grouped by pulls, presses, rows and lower body, plus a 15-minute circuit. There's no app, no login and no subscription of any kind.
Why would I buy two or three kits?
Two common reasons: keeping one at home and one permanently in a travel bag or office drawer, and buying for someone else. The bundle price is the same product at a lower per-kit cost. Every order ships free, so the only difference is the per-kit price.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same working day, otherwise the next one. US standard delivery is typically 3–5 working days, expedited is 2. International orders usually land in 7–14 working days depending on the destination and customs.
What's your return policy?
Thirty days from delivery, used or unused. Email support and we'll send a prepaid label for US orders and instructions for everywhere else. There's no restocking fee and refunds are issued within three working days of the kit arriving back with us.
