Response times

We're at our desks Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm ET. Most messages are answered the same working day — if you write after 5pm ET you'll usually hear back the next working morning.

Anything that arrives over a weekend or a US public holiday is picked up first thing on the next working morning.

Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to send a kit back, used or unused, with no restocking fee — and refunds are issued within 3 working days of the kit reaching us.

You don't need this form to start one: email us your order number and we'll send the return label. The full detail is in our Refund Policy.
