Terms & Conditions
Last updated 12 March 2026
These are the rules for buying from KAIRO and using this site: what you are ordering, what we owe you, and what happens if something goes wrong.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by Launchi LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Delaware, United States, trading as KAIRO. When these terms say "we", "us" or "our", they mean Launchi LLC. When they say "you", they mean the person using the site or placing an order.
Our registered address is 16162 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958, United States. Orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our fulfilment facility in Columbus, Ohio — that is where parcels leave from, but it is not a returns address unless we give it to you in writing.
Our website is vitalmanafter50.com. The fastest way to reach a human is support@vitalmanafter50.com. A person reads every email and replies, usually the same working day.
These terms sit alongside two other documents that form part of the same agreement: our Refund Policy, which explains returns in detail, and our Privacy Policy, which explains what we do with your personal information.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By browsing this site, adding a product to your cart, or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or buy from us.
The version of these terms published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that governs that order. We keep the "last updated" date at the top of the page current so you can see when anything changed. If you would like a copy of the terms that applied to a past order, email us with your order number and we will send them to you.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer protection law that applies where you live. Where a mandatory legal rule conflicts with something written here, that rule wins for you.
3. Eligibility
To place an order you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. By ordering, you confirm both of those things are true.
You also confirm that:
- the delivery and billing details you give us are accurate and complete;
- you are authorised to use the payment method you enter at checkout;
- you are buying for your own use, as a gift, or for someone in your household — not to resell the product as a retailer without our written agreement.
We do not knowingly sell to children. If you are under 18 and want a Motion Kit, ask a parent or guardian to order it. If you want to buy in volume for a club, clinic, workplace or care setting, email us first and we will sort out sensible terms rather than have you place a stack of retail orders.
4. The products we sell
We sell one product: The KAIRO Motion Kit. It is a 12-piece resistance training set, supplied in a single box, containing:
- 5 resistance bands, colour-coded by resistance — 10 lb, 20 lb, 30 lb, 40 lb and 50 lb;
- 2 milled 6061 aluminium handles;
- 1 padded door anchor;
- 2 ankle straps;
- 1 printed routine guide;
- 1 zip carry case.
The bands are made from natural latex. Please read section 10 before you order if latex is a problem for you or for anyone else in your home who might use the kit.
The Motion Kit is general fitness and active-lifestyle equipment. It is not a medical device, and we do not sell it as one. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, injury or condition, and nothing on this site — including the routine guide, product pages, articles or customer reviews — is medical advice or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Resistance ratings are nominal manufacturing figures used to distinguish one band from another. They describe the band's rated tier, not a precise force reading at a given length. Product photography is illustrative: colours can vary slightly between screens and between production batches, and we may make minor improvements to materials, packaging or the routine guide over time without changing these terms.
5. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. The order confirmation email we send immediately afterwards confirms that we received your order — it is not our acceptance of it.
A contract between you and us is formed only when we dispatch your parcel and send you a dispatch email with tracking. If your order contains more than one kit and we ship them separately, the contract covers each item as it is dispatched.
Before dispatch, we may refuse or cancel an order. We will only do that for a real reason, and we will always tell you why. Examples of when we would:
- the item is out of stock or a batch has been held back by our own quality check;
- we cannot ship to the destination, or the address is incomplete, undeliverable or a freight-forwarder we cannot support;
- the payment is declined, reversed, or flagged by our processor as likely fraudulent;
- we believe the order is for resale in breach of section 3, or is one of a series of automated or duplicated orders;
- the order was placed at a price that was obviously wrong.
Pricing and typographical errors
We check the site carefully, but errors happen. If a price, bundle, specification or promotional code is displayed incorrectly — for example a decimal point in the wrong place — we are not obliged to sell at the wrong price, even after we have sent an order confirmation. Where we spot the error before dispatch, we will contact you, explain it, and give you the choice of confirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel, or we cannot reach you, we cancel the order and refund you in full. You are never charged the difference without agreeing to it first.
If you spot a mistake in your own order — wrong bundle, wrong address, wrong email — email us straight away. We dispatch quickly, so the sooner you write the better the chance we catch it before the parcel leaves. If it has already gone, the 30-day return route in section 8 covers you.
6. Prices, payment and billing
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Our current bundle prices are:
- 1 Motion Kit — $49.95
- 2 Motion Kits — $89.95
- 3 Motion Kits — $119.95
Standard shipping is included in those prices on every order, with no minimum spend. Expedited and international shipping are charged separately and are set out in section 7.
One-time payment — no subscription
Buying a Motion Kit is a single, one-time purchase. There is no subscription, no membership, no trial that converts into a paid plan, and no recurring or automatic billing of any kind. We will never charge your card again for the same order, and there is nothing for you to cancel after you have bought. If you are ever billed twice for one order, that is a mistake — email us and we will refund the duplicate.
How and when you are charged
Payment is taken through our payment processor using the card or wallet options shown at checkout. Your payment method is authorised when you place the order and charged as one transaction for the total displayed on the checkout page, including any shipping upgrade, tax and import charges. You confirm you are the cardholder or are authorised by them to use the card.
The charge appears on your statement as KAIRO. If you see that descriptor and do not recognise it, please email us before opening a dispute with your bank — nine times out of ten it is a gift ordered by a family member or a card used by a spouse, and we can identify the order in minutes. Raising a chargeback instead can freeze the order and slow down a refund we would have paid you the same week.
Taxes and duties
Where we are required to collect sales tax, it is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and shown as a separate line before you pay. For international orders, import duties and taxes are also calculated and collected at checkout, so nothing further is payable when the parcel arrives. See section 7.
We may change our prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already placed. Promotional pricing applies only while it is displayed and cannot be applied retrospectively to an earlier order.
7. Shipping and delivery
Standard shipping within the United States is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Expedited and international options are charged at checkout and are set out below:
| Method | Cost | Delivery window |
|---|---|---|
| US Standard | Free on every order, no minimum | 3–5 working days after dispatch |
| US Expedited | $9.95 | 2 working days after dispatch |
| International | From $14.95, shown at checkout | 7–14 working days after dispatch |
Dispatch times
We dispatch within 24 hours of receiving your order. Orders placed before 2pm ET on a working day go out the same working day; orders after that cut-off, or at a weekend or on a US public holiday, go out on the next working day. "Working days" means Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. All parcels ship from Columbus, Ohio.
The windows in the table are carrier transit times counted from dispatch, not from the moment you click buy, and they are estimates rather than guarantees. Weather, customs inspection and carrier backlogs during peak periods can add time, and none of those things are within our control. If a delivery is running well past its window, email us with your order number — we will chase the carrier ourselves rather than send you to do it.
Duties and import charges
For international orders, applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and charged at checkout. You should not be asked to pay anything to the courier on delivery. If a carrier does invoice you for duty on an order where you already paid it at checkout, send us the paperwork and we will put it right.
Addresses, risk and lost parcels
Please check your delivery address carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you to confirm the correct details and send it out again. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us, and ownership passes once we have received full payment.
Because risk sits with us until delivery, a parcel lost by the carrier in transit is our problem, not yours: tell us and we will send a replacement or refund you. Where a parcel is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, let us know and we will investigate with the carrier and sort out a fair outcome.
We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including extreme weather, industrial action, customs delays, carrier failure, power or network outages, or government restrictions. If such an event delays your order significantly, you may cancel it for a full refund.
8. Returns, refunds and cancellations
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return a Motion Kit for a full refund. You can return it used or unused. Train with it, take it on a trip, work through the routine guide — if it is not for you, send it back.
There is no restocking fee, no condition test, and no requirement to keep the original packaging or the plastic wrap. You do not have to justify the return or answer a survey to get your money back.
To start a return, email support@vitalmanafter50.com with your order number. For US orders we email you a prepaid return label — print it, attach it, drop the parcel off. For orders outside the US we reply with the correct return address and step-by-step instructions for sending the kit back; return postage arrangements for international orders are explained in that email before you spend anything.
Once the kit arrives back with us, we issue your refund within 3 working days, to the original payment method. How quickly it appears on your statement after that is down to your bank or card issuer, usually a few working days more. We refund what you paid for the returned goods, including any sales tax charged on them. Import duties collected at checkout are paid to the destination country's customs authority and are reclaimed from that authority rather than from us — see the Refund Policy.
If you want to cancel before your parcel has been dispatched, email us immediately and we will stop the order and refund you in full if we catch it in time. If it has already shipped, use the 30-day return route above.
The full detail — partial bundle returns, damaged or wrong items, and how refunds on multi-kit orders are calculated — is in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Where the Refund Policy gives more detail than this section, the Refund Policy applies.
9. Warranty
We give a two-year warranty on all components of the Motion Kit, running from the date your order is delivered. It applies to the original purchaser and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use.
What the warranty covers
- a band that fails, splits or delaminates in normal training use rather than through wear, damage or misuse;
- handles, clips or D-rings that bend, seize, fracture or pull apart under normal load;
- stitching, webbing or foam on the door anchor or ankle straps that fails at a seam;
- a carry case zip or handle that fails in ordinary use;
- anything that arrived faulty, incomplete or damaged in the box.
If a covered part fails, we replace the part — or, where a replacement is not practical, the kit. You do not pay for the replacement part or for shipping it to you. We may ask for a photograph of the fault and of the batch marking, which is usually enough for us to identify what happened and improve it.
What the warranty does not cover
- Normal wear of the latex bands. Natural latex is a consumable material. It ages, loses elasticity and eventually develops surface cracks with use, and that process is accelerated by sunlight, heat, ozone, oils, lotions, chlorine and solvents. Gradual wear is expected and is not a defect.
- Cuts, nicks, abrasion or tears caused by rough surfaces, sharp edges, door hardware, pet damage, jewellery or fingernails.
- Stretching a band beyond its intended working range, loading it beyond its rated resistance, or using it in a way the routine guide does not describe.
- Misuse, accident, neglect, or storing the kit somewhere hot, damp or in direct sun.
- Modification, repair or alteration of any component — including cutting, knotting, re-tipping, tying bands together or fitting third-party attachments.
- Commercial, rental, studio or institutional use, where wear rates are far higher than domestic use.
- Cosmetic marks that do not affect function, and normal fading of printing or fabric colour.
Because bands are the part that wears, we sell replacement bands individually, so a worn band never means buying a whole new kit. Email us for current availability and pricing.
This warranty is in addition to your legal rights as a consumer, not instead of them. In the first 30 days after delivery you do not need to rely on the warranty at all — the return route in section 8 is simpler and covers you whatever the reason.
10. Safe use and health disclaimer
Contains natural latex. The resistance bands in every Motion Kit are made from natural rubber latex, which can cause allergic reactions ranging from skin irritation to, in rare cases, severe reactions. If you have a latex allergy or sensitivity, do not use this product, and take care if someone in your household has one — latex proteins can transfer from hands and surfaces. This is not a latex-free kit and we do not currently offer a latex-free version. If you are unsure, ask your doctor before ordering. If a kit arrives and latex is a problem, our 30-day return applies exactly as normal.
Talk to a physician before you start. Resistance training loads your joints, muscles, tendons and cardiovascular system. Please get medical clearance before using the Motion Kit if you are pregnant, recovering from surgery or injury, living with a heart, blood pressure, joint, back, hernia or balance condition, taking medication that affects heart rate or blood pressure, or have not exercised in a long time. If you feel chest pain, dizziness, faintness, unusual shortness of breath or sharp pain, stop immediately and seek medical advice.
The kit is general fitness equipment, and the routine guide is general information, not a prescribed treatment plan or physiotherapy programme. You are responsible for choosing exercises appropriate to your own condition and ability, and for working within your limits.
Before every session
- Inspect each band along its full length in good light. Look and feel for nicks, cuts, tears, sticky or chalky patches, colour change or thin spots. Retire and replace any band that shows damage — a band under tension stores energy and can snap back hard.
- Check the handles, clips, D-rings, ankle straps and door anchor for cracks, bent metal, loose stitching or worn webbing.
- Fit the door anchor correctly: use a solid, closed, latched door that opens away from you, with the anchor pad on the far side, and make sure nobody can open that door mid-set. Never anchor to a hinge side, a glass or sliding door, a handle, a piece of furniture, a rail or a fitting that is not rated to take the load.
- Clear the area around you, and keep your face and eyes out of the line of the band. Eye protection is sensible if you train with the heavier bands.
While training and afterwards
- Do not over-stretch a band far beyond its intended working range, and do not tie, knot, cut or join bands together.
- Keep tension controlled — release it slowly rather than letting a loaded band go.
- Warm up, use good form, and build resistance gradually rather than jumping to the heaviest band.
- Not a toy. Keep the kit away from children and pets, and never allow children to use it unsupervised.
- Wipe the bands down and store the kit dry, out of direct sunlight and away from heat, oils and solvents. That single habit is what makes a set of bands last.
You use the Motion Kit at your own risk and are responsible for using it safely and as described. Subject to section 16, we are not liable for injury or loss resulting from ignoring these instructions, from using damaged equipment, from anchoring incorrectly, or from exercising against medical advice.
11. Acceptable use of the site
You may browse this site, read our content and place orders for your own use. You may not use it in a way that harms the site, our business or other customers. Specifically, you agree not to:
- place fraudulent, automated, duplicated or speculative orders, or use stolen or unauthorised payment details;
- use the checkout to test payment cards, or attempt to probe, scan, overload or breach the security of the site or our processors;
- scrape, crawl, harvest, mirror or bulk-download any part of the site, or use automated tools to copy our text, images, prices or reviews;
- introduce malware, attempt denial-of-service, or interfere with the site's normal operation;
- impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or use another customer's account or order details;
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source of any part of the site beyond what is publicly served to your browser;
- use the site for anything unlawful, or in breach of export, sanctions or consumer protection rules that apply to you.
If you breach this section we may restrict or block your access, cancel pending orders and, where a real loss has occurred, take further action. We will always try to contact you first where a genuine mistake looks likely.
12. Intellectual property
The KAIRO name, the KAIRO logomark, and the look and feel of this site belong to Launchi LLC. So does the content on it: product photography and video, illustrations, page copy, product descriptions, the printed routine guide and its exercise illustrations, icons and layout — except where something is licensed to us by a third party, in which case it belongs to them.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view the site and to print or save pages for your own reference. Your printed routine guide is yours to use, and you may photograph or copy pages of it for your own training. That licence does not let you:
- republish, resell, syndicate or redistribute our content, in whole or in part, including the routine guide;
- use our photographs, copy or reviews in your own listings, adverts, marketplace pages or social accounts as though they were yours;
- use "KAIRO", a confusingly similar name, or our logomark as a brand, storefront name, domain, handle or paid search keyword;
- scrape or mine the site to build a dataset, price feed, catalogue or competing product page, or to train a model — see section 11.
Fair uses that the law already protects — quoting a short passage with attribution, honest comparative reference, news reporting, or an honest customer review of a kit you bought — are not affected. If you want to write about the kit, review it, or use an image with credit, email us; we say yes far more often than no.
13. User content and reviews
If you send us a review, rating, photo, video, testimonial, before-and-after note or a suggestion — through the site, by email or by tagging us — that is "user content". You keep ownership of it.
By submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and sub-licensable licence to use, store, reproduce, adapt for format, publish and display that content in connection with KAIRO, including on this site, in email and in advertising. You also confirm that:
- the content is honest and your own genuine experience of a product you actually bought or were given;
- you have the right to share it, and anyone identifiable in a photo or video has agreed to appear;
- it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trade mark or privacy, and is not unlawful, abusive or misleading.
We do not pay for reviews and we do not remove a review because it is critical. We may decline to publish, or later remove, content that is abusive, off-topic, fake, promotional, discloses someone else's personal data, or makes medical claims about what the product cures or treats. We may shorten a quote or fix a typo for display, but we do not change what a review says.
If you want a published review or photo taken down, email us and we will remove it from our own channels. Content already printed or distributed elsewhere may take longer to withdraw. Any suggestion or product idea you send us is given freely, and we may use it without owing you payment. How we handle the personal data inside your content is covered in our Privacy Policy.
14. Third-party links and processors
Running a store means relying on other companies. To sell and ship to you we use a payment processor to take payment, carriers to deliver and return parcels, an email provider to send order and support messages, and hosting and analytics providers to keep the site up and understand how it is used. Each of them receives only the information they need to do their part — normally your name, address, contact details and order contents, and, in the case of payments, card details you enter directly with the processor rather than with us.
Those companies have their own terms and privacy notices, which govern what they do on their own platforms. Tracking pages, carrier notifications and payment or wallet screens are theirs, not ours. We choose our providers carefully, but we do not control their systems.
The site may also link out to other websites — for example a carrier's tracking page or a reference we cite. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security or practices of any site we link to, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on it. Follow external links at your own discretion.
Our Privacy Policy sets out the categories of provider we use, what they receive and how long data is kept.
15. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. Nothing in this section affects the product warranty in section 9, your return rights in section 8, or any consumer guarantee that cannot legally be disclaimed.
In particular, we do not warrant that:
- the site will be uninterrupted, secure, timely or free of errors, or that defects will be corrected immediately;
- every piece of content is complete, current or free from typographical error — we correct mistakes as soon as we find them (see section 5 on pricing errors);
- delivery estimates, stock indications or transit times will always be met — they are estimates, and carriers are outside our control;
- you will achieve any particular fitness, strength, weight, mobility or health outcome. Results depend on your effort, consistency, starting point, age, health and many things we cannot influence. Customer stories describe individual experiences, not typical or promised results.
Content on this site is general information about exercise equipment. It is not medical, physiotherapy, nutritional or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional about your own situation. See section 10.
16. Limitation of liability
We take responsibility for the things that are genuinely ours: a faulty kit, a wrong or missing item, a parcel lost before it reaches you, a payment taken in error. Sections 8 and 9 exist precisely so that most problems are fixed without anyone reaching for this section.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except as stated in the final paragraph below:
- our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with an order, the products, this site or these terms is limited to the amount you actually paid for the order that gave rise to the claim;
- we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, opportunity, anticipated savings, data, or the cost of substitute goods or services, however caused and whether or not we were told such loss was possible;
- we are not liable for loss or damage caused by events outside our reasonable control, or by your failure to follow the safe-use instructions in section 10, your use of damaged or modified equipment, or your exercising contrary to medical advice.
These limits apply to claims in contract, in tort (including negligence), under statute or on any other basis, and they apply to Launchi LLC and to our officers, employees, agents and suppliers.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, under applicable product liability law, and any consumer rights that the law where you live says cannot be signed away. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or of incidental or consequential damages, so parts of the list above may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law permits.
17. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Launchi LLC, and our officers, employees and agents, against reasonable claims, losses, damages, liabilities and legal costs that arise from:
- your breach of these terms, including the acceptable use rules in section 11;
- your use of the site or the products in a way these terms do not allow, or unlawfully;
- user content you submit, including any claim that it infringes someone's rights or is untrue;
- your use of the Motion Kit in a manner contrary to the safe-use instructions in section 10, or allowing another person — including a child — to use it unsafely or unsupervised.
This indemnity is limited to what is reasonable and proportionate: it does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own negligence, our breach of these terms, or a defect in the product. If we make a claim under it, we will notify you promptly, give you the chance to take part in the defence, and not settle a claim in your name without your agreement.
18. Governing law and disputes
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of an order, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in the State of Delaware have jurisdiction, and we and you submit to them. If you are a consumer resident outside Delaware, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer rules, or of the right to bring a claim in the courts, of the place where you live.
Talk to us first
Almost everything is faster to fix by email than by legal process. Before starting formal proceedings, please email support@vitalmanafter50.com with your order number and a description of the problem, and give us 30 days to put it right. We commit to doing the same before bringing a claim against you, and to responding to any complaint in writing with a named person handling it. Nothing here stops either of us seeking urgent injunctive relief, or you contacting a consumer protection body or your card issuer where you are entitled to.
We do not require you to give up your right to go to court, and we do not impose compulsory arbitration.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms — for example if we change how shipping works, add a product, or need to reflect a change in the law. When we do, we publish the new version on this page and change the "last updated" date at the top.
Changes take effect when they are published and apply to orders placed after that point. They never change the terms of an order you have already placed: your purchase is governed by the version in force on the day you ordered, including the return window and warranty that applied then. If a change materially affects an outstanding order — a delivery promise, for instance — we will tell you directly and you may cancel that order for a full refund.
Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated terms. If you do not, please stop using the site and email us with any questions about an order in flight.
20. Severability, entire agreement, assignment, waiver
Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that part is treated as removed — or read down to the narrowest meaning that is enforceable — and the rest of the terms continue in full force.
Entire agreement
These terms, together with our Refund Policy, our Privacy Policy and the order confirmation we send you, are the entire agreement between you and us about your purchase. They replace any earlier statement or representation, except that nothing here excludes liability for fraudulent misrepresentation. Marketing copy, headings and summaries are there to help you understand the terms, not to override them; where a plain-English summary and a full clause differ, the full clause governs.
Assignment
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another business — for example if Launchi LLC is sold, merged or restructured. If we do, your rights are unaffected and we will tell you. You may not transfer your rights or obligations to anyone else without our written consent, though of course you can give the kit itself to whoever you like. The warranty in section 9 and the return right in section 8 stay with the original purchaser.
Waiver
If we do not insist on a right straight away, or delay enforcing one, that is not a waiver of it and does not stop us enforcing it later. A waiver of one breach is not a waiver of any other.
No third-party rights
These terms are between you and us. Nobody else can enforce them, except that the limitation of liability in section 16 and the indemnity in section 17 also protect our officers, employees, agents and suppliers.
Headings and language
Section headings are for navigation only. These terms are written and interpreted in English; any translation is provided for convenience and the English version governs.
21. How to contact us
For anything at all — an order, a return, a warranty claim, a question about these terms, or a complaint — email support@vitalmanafter50.com. A person reads it and replies, usually the same working day. There is no ticket maze and no bot.
It speeds things up if you include your order number and the email address you used at checkout, and — for a warranty claim — a photo of the part that failed.
Postal address, and the address for any formal or legal notice:
Launchi LLC (trading as KAIRO)
16162 Coastal Hwy
Lewes, DE 19958
United States
Please do not send returns to the registered address above, and do not send them to Columbus without asking. Email us first and we will give you the correct return address and, for US orders, a prepaid label — the process is set out in section 8 and in our Refund Policy.
